i have ex doors that are going on my 97 civic DX. as sad as it sounds i dont want the power option. does any one know how to convert the power doors to manual? know of a link or somthing. help me out. please!

 

Another one I don't understand. Why are you putting on EX doors then? Do you have the DX doors?

 

i wrecked my car. doors got trashed. bought a rusted busted stripped ej8 for 50 bux for doors,windshield, misc interior pieces and gsr rear disc! hell of a deal. the ex doors are getting painted tomorrow. I AM NOT dealing with wiring. i hate wiring....

just take out all the power components and replace them with your manual ones if they're salvageable. if not, just find someone to trade with.


its pretty much the reverse order of installing power doors.

 

so its a pretty simple proeture? the DX doors are salvagable. the skins are all dented and strached up. beyond repair.

 

You'll need everything that was in your old DX doors and the doors panels. I didn't research that for a fact but that would be my guess.
