well before i get flamed.....
1. hood is black cuz the painted one was chipped to **** and sold it to get a new one and make a few bucks on it and getting it painted again....
2. bumpers are black cuz i like that EF base model look....
3. i'm using 15" steeles cuz i cant afford bronze rotas yet
4. for people that know me i did have complete shelled out interior but its getting cold up here and i know its gonna get like an ice box in there... lol

IMHO black bumpers don't look right on cars w/ more integrated bumper covers, like 92-up Civics. Older Civics had bumpers that kinda look like they were stuck on, in which black doesn't look that bad. You can see what I mean w/ my old Camry:



My Integra, on the other hand, would look absolutely ghey w/ black bumpers.

Looks like the T1R titanium muffler

 

The T1R only has a bit of the tip that color. His tip is totally that color.

So what is it?

 

Looks nice. Clean body and paint too! I too favor the black bumpers.

 

it just looks unfinished to me.

 

it is the same style muffler, but,.... since i get it running really HOT, the polished finish on the tip sometimes will eventually turn that color, it use to only have the tip burnt color, but extended over time.

 

looks like it almost dragging on the ground. the titanium canister is sick

Im not a fan of the tilted mufflers, i perfer things nice clean and even, but the car looks very clean not all ghetto looking

Your car looks like ****. Leave the black bumpers to EF's.

 

His exhaust is actually a "functional angled muffler" meaning the exhaust is almost straight, passing under the rear suspension, and then a single bend, just so that the muffler can clear the spare tire well and the tip ends up at the cutout in the bumper. IMHO the exahusts like 5Zigen Fireball that have the angled look but still pass over the rear suspension is since it puts more/sharper bends in the pipe.

1. clicked on "My shitbox" and i have to say thats a nice CRX,
2. the bumpers to me also serve a purpose to me and thats that on 3 occasions i've come across situations were i've been tapped on the street and on the course and, you know what, there is no paint to scratch or chip off on contact, they are orginal finished new bumpers "no paint', prior to when i got the bumpers the old bumpers were color matched and were all scathced and chipped for the same reason.
3. lastly, it may look like ****, hell it may smell like ****, but you know what for a daily driver its a pretty fast PIECE OF ****!..... lol

I'm just giving you my opinion. Personally I'd just swap the black bumpers on at the track then swap the painted ones on for street. Not sure where you park but I don't seem to have any problems getting my bumpers messed up. If they're getting chipped cause people hit you, then have them pay for it.

 

looks aight for what it is. Ive always liked ur car though.

 

i dig it with the black bumpers.
its still pimpin , just cuz...

but im not too hot on that titanium, a little too coffee can style for me. but thats just my opinion.
