Default suggestions for new clutch and flywheel?

Hey everybody. I need a new clutch for my civic. It's a d16y8 with bolt-ons (I/H/E) that I like to build up as my wife allows. Right now the factory stock clutch has almost 140,000 miles on it and is starting to slip. I would like to get a good clutch and a light weight flywheel.

Does anybody know of a good shop in the south Minneapolis area?
Also, what brand of clutch/flywheel should I go with? I've heard good things about Competition Clutch and the Exedy stage 1... Any others worth looking into?
BTW, I have a budget of $1500 to get the parts and installation.

If you are just planning on running bolt-ons than go with a exedy stage 1. I had one for like 5 years on a gsr with cams and bolt-ons and it was perfect. In fact that clutch didn't slip until I went turbo and I was pushing over 300whp. When I took it out to put in a CC stage 4 the old exedy looked like it had plenty of life left in it.
