94 accord Starting Problem
Well, over the past few months this problem has been getting worse. When I try to start my car, the engine light turns on and it wont turn over. If I let it sit with the key in the position before ignition with the engine light on for a while, I will hear a click in the dashboard and then I will hear the fuel pump start and after that, the engine light turns off and the car starts fine. It drives perfectly and idles perfectly. After I start it the first time, I can turn it off and turn it immediately back on, but if I let it sit for any amount of time off I have to let it sit for a while and wait for the click and the fuel pump start.
Note: I would have tried shorting out the sensor underneath the glove box but it takes a few minutes to do that and it only takes a few minutes for the click.
Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks ^_^

Seems like it's not keeping the fuel full at the supply line. It could be the check ball not seating in the fuel tank, loose hose going to the pump, or pin hole in the diaphragm inside the fuel pressure regulator.
Why don't you key cycle it 2 to 3 times to see if it'll start right up after it's been sitting for awhile.

By cycle, you mean go to key position III a few times, leaving it there for a few seconds? It doesn't do too much. I still have to wait for the car to turn the fuel pump on. There is a loud click in the dash though, oh and its faster if I have all the electric (radio, lights, ect) off. (once i hear the click, you can hear the pump starting and it takes a milisecond, may not be the pump I'm hearing though. Its sort of a Brrrrrrrrmmm sound.
Sounds like the PGM-FI main relay is taking a while to activate. This can be caused by either a faulty relay or a problem with the voltage in the circuit controlling the relay.
A faulty relay is common on this vintage Honda, so are ignition switches.

may want to do the Ignition Switch Check.
Does the car turn over when you turn the key? Does it turn off right after? If you turn the key to start, then don't let it turn all the way back to "on" does it run?
Or not turn over at all. If that's the case. Relay.

Yes. Key Cycle is when you turn the key to the "ON" position so all the lights on the dash comes on. By doing this, the fuel pump charges the supply line. You turn the key to the "ON" position til the CEL goes off then turn the key off and do it two more times then start the car to see if it'll still have a hard time cranking.

Once the check engine light goes off, it starts up like I bought it yesterday with absolutely no trouble. I got underneath the dash and the brrrmmm sound is something in the dash itself.
In reply to the ignition question, Once it starts all is clear and perfect working (knock on wood)
For main relay, I'm starting to think thats it. I got underneath the dash and the click and brrrmm sound came from this except mine was gray, this guy's is black: Edit: Its not the piece with the white plastic going over it, its the black piece with the orange plastic going into it.
I have a friend that builds computers and hence is probably pretty good at soldering, should I ask him to help me or should I go and pull one out at the junkyard?
P.S. Thank all you guys for all your help
