I have been trying for around 600 miles now to set my computers readiness codes in my 98 civic.... i need to pass smog soon so any advice would help tremendously!!!! already checked the 7.5 back up fuse and its good...evap, o2, and cat say inc when i hook up scan tool. I drive while scan tool is pluged in and none of them flip... changed ecu about 300 miles ago and still will not flip, battery is good please help
