Suspension advise/question/suggestion? Just help please
Here's what I'm trying to get at i really don't care brand for brand whats on my car (for the most part) i have gc coil over sleeves in the front with kyb agx and eibach sportline (springs only not adjustable) with the koni yellows my concern is that the ride is way to harsh I adjusted the shocks and it softened up just alittle.. I don't want to spend too much but i want a better ride.
btw the car came with this set up when I got it
Iv always known gc for being stiff but how stiff really are they I want to spend as least as i can n get a good ride quality.. What my plan is to raise the koni in the rear sence it already has lowering springs and adjust the front to match now when that's done (hopefully) the ride quality will have improved if not what can I do.. Will the gc "top hats" help with the ride quality? Or would I be looking at a different suspension set up all together?
Please help i don't even want to drive my car its soo stiff/harsh

A nice set of lowering springs should make a huge difference. How old and in what condition are your components in? Also tell me again what set up you have on the front and rear...like this:
front -
rear -
front -
rear -
Don't know the mileage the shocks seem fine and the springs aren't sagging
Front - ground control coil over sleeve with kyb agx shocks
Rear - eibach sportline spring with koni yellow sport shocks
Front - ground control coil over sleeve with kyb agx shocks
Rear - eibach sportline spring with koni yellow sport shocks
Eibach Prokit rear springs Eibach prokit front springs which rides nice and looks good as well. I usually just run a set of shocks that are in good usable condition (even oem) and they work just fine.
If you start dropping more than 2" I would consider koni yellows for the front as well as most people I have talked to have had good luck with them.
Maybe for now you would want to just find a cheap set of used oem replacements until you get the setup you want and can afford. Good luck!
So I got the teg on the lift right now and come to see that the rear konis are already on the "stock" perch for ride height and the fronts are lowered accordingly.. Now looking at the front set up it looks like the shock only has about 2 1/2" of travel (in the air) so my harshness could be from that.. I guess I'm gonna be getting the gc upper shock mount or "top hats" as people seem to call them

2 1/2" of shock travel is a fair bit more than 2 1/2" of wheel travel.
I'd have to go look up the exact motion ratio to do the math to tell you what 2 1/2" of shock travel works out to in wheel travel. I seem to remember it being around 1.5 at the front, but my memory sucks.
So being that i have that amount if travel would the gc mounts help with ride quality
Iv also decided to (eventually) get koni yellows for the front to match the rear
Um, no comment.
Depends.
If you are currently pushing the shock up into the bumpstop under nromal driving circumstances, then yes. The GC extended upper mount will allow a bit more travel before contact, and comes with a softer (and much more progressive) bumpstop which helps reduce the ride quality change when you do move the shock into it.
If you have adequate travel now that the bumpstops aren't being used (unlikely, but possible), then no.
GC sleeves for Koni Sports (Yellows) are different than GC sleeves for other shocks. You might need new sleeves or adapters when you switch shocks.
However, I would certainly want matched shocks on the car when trying to fix ride quality issues. I would also want something other than unknown spring rates up front with relatively low rate lowering springs on the rear.
