just put a obd1 d15b engine in my car last week now my gauge cluster is not working right says i have a full tank of gas and i dont... and my water temp says on cold must of the time.. time for a gauge cluster and u think its something else....

 

try a new cluster if you can get one cheap or free to test.
check your wires and fuses and purging configurator module
