I hate that the base model ef with the d15b1 dp motor doesnt have a tach, is there a way to put in a si cluster or just a ef cluster that has a tach? If i can, where do i pull the signal for the tach? I searched the forum but can't find anything.

 

hey you just need to get an ex or an si cluster from an ef. 88-89 are the same 90-91 are the same so if you have a 89 civic you need to either get an 88 or 89 cluster with a tach. And you wont need to run any wires its just plug and play. contact me if you need one I have a few.

 

I got a 91 civic. So if i get a ex cluster with the tach, and plug the plugs in, the tach will work?
