Im looking for some info on a cheap solution for hall effect cam trigger.. reason being,i used an obd2b AEM ems on my k20 and re-pinned the harness. im now back to b series and still have the ecu (i modded it to hall effect).

i know i can get an AEM EPM for like 200 bux but i feel like i could make something with parts i have laying around. like a black case DSM CAS and a chopped up honda dizzy? anyone have any experience doing something like this im going to use k20 coils.

im pretty crafty and please dont give me **** for being cheap i had my k20 swap running on aem for less than 500 bux,.. any info or input would be great.



i remember seeing an article in a magazine cant remember witch one buit it had a dsm cas it was a small pic though. anyone know what im talking about?

hey chris ! i am modding a b series aem epm to work on a ford 2.3 as we speak. pretty straight forward. mod or have me mod the dsm cas. look at www.triggerdisc.com for a new wheel. the dsm is only 4 in 1 if i remember correctly. will work but poor resolution!

Doesn't Mallory make an epm for the ford 2.3? I think I have one sitting around for the eslinger engine
