Default 2001 JDM H22 Crank/TDC Sensor Question

I just put in a JDM H22 motor into my 2001 prelude. I went ahead and changed the oil pump, put in the crank gear for the timing belt, the JDM crank gear for the second belt for the balancer shafts, and the sensors. The problem now that its put back together is that the car wont start. Its giving me a P0335 CKP Sensor error. I am wondering if there is a difference between between that second gear for that second smaller belt? I think this is my problem since the one i put in was the one from the JDM motor and one of the sensors for the crank/TDC points out to it and gets it signal from it. Any help would be appreciated.
