Default any options here? vband to t3

i recently swapped out a bunch of stuff on my car, and one of them was to a new turbo mani with a vband flange to mount up to a vband precision. i'm now leaning towards a garrett turbo. does garrett make any vband housings for their turbos, or is there such a thing as a vband to t3 converter? I'm not really interested in hacking up the mani to convert it to t3 if that's the only option

thx

not all. Only the GT-R series can be offered in a v-band discharge. The Journal bearings series do not. Only precision and BW offer a T3 turbine inlet v-band discharge.

As for converting from V-band back to T3, an adapter would have to be made, or get another manifold.

could you explain why? i'm at a critical juncture here of installing soon or swapping turbos. once it's on, I don't want to have to switch!

I take it your 5857 is only journal?

PS, sometimes coming on here is a bad idea for me. Hate finding stuff I'd really love to have knowing full well what it will cost to do it lol. Vband from the manifold would be really nice...

yeah vband is really nice, my entire exhaust setup is vband and i'll never go back to flanges.

the 5857 is journal. my issue with it is that precisions are known to have issues on high oil pressure motors, so I don't wanna waste my time if its gonna die on me ina month
