mostly everything is plug and play like IACV, TPS, MAP, coolant sending unit, distributor (if you are staying the same OBD as the motor), etc.
your car doesn't come with vtec or a knock sensor so you have to add those wires from the ECU to the proper placement.

no, jdm is right hand drive. Can't use that harness..
If you're swapping in a c5, then you can use a 96-98 EX harness and plug it right in I think.
(I'm giving information I could have used)
If it's a GSR engine, you need to add wiring for IAB solenoid. I think that's it though..
But if you want to run OBD1, then do it all like above, and buy a conversion harness. (OBD2a-OBD1)

Get a 99-00 Si wiring harness. Get a skunk2 manifold.
Plug everything in. Put it in your car.
Get a OBD2 > OBD1 harness and run a chipped p28.
