Default 93 EX Accord Wagon: f22 to h22 swap

Greetings! First time posting. I have a 93 EX wagon w/auto tranny. Stock engine is now toast. Currently shopping for a Jdm H22a w/auto tranny replacement. From what info I have gathered, the swap would be over all smoother with an engine/tran from the 92-95 circa h22. What I cant seem to find is an exact answer reguarding the ECU and any harness issues I will encounter. The replacement Im considering comes with the ECU from the car. (1)-Since both the stock and replacement are obd1, do i really need to change the ecu? (2)-ive read about folks having to pain stakingly splice up the harness to match codes. I dont have time for that. Smoothest way around any harness issues is what im looking for. Adaptors? Premade for this swap?

Please do not respond with any "use the search, lazy ***! this has been gone over a million times" comments. I have been doing the research. Problem is that alot of folks think there 2cents is worth a dollar. Situations vary. I just want straight up, sound advice.

Thanks!

you will need to use the h22 ecu and your accord wiring harness. there are some simple wiring changes to make to the harness. if you dont want any wiring issues, your best bet is to find a used f22 and just drop it in.

I'm gonna say it anyways, cause there is a ton of info on this swap if you look around.

Yes you need the H22 Ecu. P13 JDM....or.... P72? I think for the USDM. The fuel curves, Vtec, Air/Fuel are all different. Even the compression differs. Use the right ECU.

Wiring can be mated from the F22 Harness, and the H22 Harness. If you want something ready to go. Talk to Hasport.
