Heater not blowing anythhing ?

Heater not blowing anythhing ?
i have a 90 hatch and the heater does'nt blow any hot air or any air for that matter .
i took the blower motor off and tested it using my car battery and it does spin , what can be wrong ? i checked the fuses too and there all fine , i even changed the relay next to the blower and nothing . can someone give me some input on what it can be
