I had a build thread a while back on here. Just want to do updates and more stuff im doing. I do all of the work on my car. Painting bay, welding, wrenching, with the help of friends also. I will post as much detail and pictures as i can.
Old build thread...
https://honda-tech.com/forums/appearance-build-threads-122/%2A%2A08-09-build-will-make-ia09-%2A%2A-2527004/
Here are Some of pictures of where i kinda ended the build thread. I finished it for 09 IA with my brothers GSR motor with just bolts on.

I then decided it was time to start finshing my built sleeved motor. Pulled out my brothers GSR to give back to him..

Got the block cleaned up from machine shop.

More picuture updates when i get a chanced...

He posted a link to his previous build thread. This car is sick, by all standards.

Thanks!
More updates!
Mocked up intercooler. Fitted the bumper to make sure it still fits. I'm not a fan of cut front bumpers/grills. So this big intercooler is fitting behind it, with some work. Ignore the tape hangin off, i have cardboard tape over so the fins don't get bent.

Got the Bov flange welded on.

Picked up this intake manifold. Needed just a good clean up and a new coat of alumi-blast. ill have pictures of it once its cleaned up/finished.

Picked up a Brand new Skunk2 Throttle Body locally for a good price. I'm also going to be picking up a Hondata 4bar map sensor.

I did a nice scrubing job on the intake manifold to clean it up. Then sprayed a nice coat of Alumiblast on it. I think it came out great. Then decided to bolt up the Skunk2 TB to see how it looks and mounts.

More updates soon

This car will mostly see the streets, along with plenty track time/abuse. I researched alot & everyone seem to love the Competition Clutch. So i went with a stage 4 sprung 6puck.

Head and block are bolted up. Just cleaning a lot of engine parts. I want it all to look fresh and new, as i have lots of time and money into it. Pictures once i get them uploaded.

Finally got the head and bottom end all assembled.

I tossed on the valve cover and the Spoon Gen1 kevarl spark plug cover just to see how it would look.

^Thank you sir.
Here's a back shot of the motor.

I'm pull away from the motor for a bit. I had a 4pt Autopower roll bar. Paint matched it to my car.

Turned out really good. Please ignore the interior, as it is a WRECK and DIRTY.

Long story short, my buddy on here RMXmitch(build RHD integra J32) wanted my 4pt. Well local guy had an autopower 6pt. Its an ugly lime green color. So far i cut out the thin bar that is useless, and grinded it smooth. I believe its for a camera mount. More pictures when i sand it/prep it.

Please excuse the shitty cell phone pictures. Got a chance to unwrap the clutch. Head my oem flywheel resurfaced. Through that on, along with the new CC clutch disk and pressure plate.

Doing some wrenching

Everything all buttoned up and looking fresh. I really wish i would have taken the pictures of the powder coating process of my brackets/torque mounts also. I do all of my own Powder coating work...

Got my Ramhorn Manifold, with 38mm wastegate flange. No going to say what company, as their customer service sucked. I really wish i would've gone with JDL Auto Design. But none the less, the quality on this manifold is pretty nice.

Motor is already in. Will have pictures of everything soon

Thanks!
damn man that feels like forever ago. Nice bushings you replaced there! I also sent you a message back about powder coating.
Sorry, i wish i could load the pictures from my cell phone from when we were dropping in the motor. but right now i have only pictures of everything almost in, intercooler piping all mocked up. My dad did the welding at his work, so mass props to him
.

Here's the 6pt i picked up recently in exchange for the 4pt I had. My buddy RMXmitch has the 4pt now for his integra. More pictures when i get it sanded and paint it...

thanks Robbie! Ethan told me you got a 1000cc CBR jealous man...
Sorry for lack of updates. Had few issues from the night before the dyno, to all day on the dyno. I really almost parted out this whole engine. One thing after another, spent probably 7-8 HOURS on and off the dyno, fixing dumb ****. Got almost everything figured out. made 400hp. Trailered it home, put another brand new walbro and brand new aeromotive FPR in. Came back for second dyno made 440hp 275tq. Definitely reached my power goal.

Just a shot my buddy max took before loading it back onto trailer. Need to finish a lot of things. Old 4pt is now out, working on the 6pt cage as we speak. Thanks for support guys.
