i was just wondering if anyone has a plan/schematic/photo's of a supra taillight conversion they have done on an 88 crx?

haha, 1995. i remember those days

 

welcome to australia...we are about a decade behind...thats why - and i've never seen it here

 

actually if u want to do a taillight conversion and not goin with the usual quad tail lights....the NSX tails fit pretty good and are pretty close to the original lines of the crx rear end

 

from what i remember, it didn't seem right. the outside edges of the lights curve in more than the car so it doesn't fit right but that's my opinion. some conversions look nice and some are just plain ugly even to '95 tastes. supra tail lights on ef

 

and if you're going supra conversion don't forget to add the third led brake light in between the larger outside ones. looks so nice that way and very complete

 

yeah....i guess my whole aim is to install them so they can be removed at a later date if i so wish - it would be fairly simple to simple bolt them in and fill the space with some mild fibreglassing and heaps of bog , but i've seen quite a few pics of the conversion...it seems the closer they are, the uglier they are.

there is a guy with a white 2nd gen crx in the san diego area (there is probably hundreds but oh well) who has a tidy conversion on his, and it appears he has only used filler on the side panel, not the entire rear panel.
