How do you reset the maintenance needed warning light, which is on the dash of the CRV?

with the ignition off, hold the trip reset on the cluster, key on the vehicle(not the engine) the maintenance required light will light, than begin to flash a couple of times. once it goes out its reset, now that is assuming your refering to this type of maintenance reminder since you didn't supply the year of the Cr-v.
