Default Fitment Q: Will 15x7 +42ET Fit on a 2004 ES Civic?

The wheel I am looking at is a TRMotorsport C1, 15x7 +42ET. In TireRack, the wheel is not displayed when I have my 2004 ES Civic chosen as the vehicle, suggesting that the wheel wouldn't fit. But when I look the wheel up under another car (2000 Miata), the specs seem to suggest that it may work.

Google seems to suggest that wheel offsets in the 35 - 45mm range will probably work, but I have been unable to dig up a definitive answer, especially when the wheel is 15x7 instead 15x6.5 or 15x6.

Any ideas or insights into the matter?

If you haven't upgraded the brakes, the wheels should fit the car fine.
