What are your needs/wants/goals for the car? That will determine what spring rates are best for you. Regardless of spring rate, I always recommend Koni/GC as it's a superb setup for around 800 bucks.

There are a lot of "which suspension to buy" threads and they typically converge on Koni/GC like PatrickGSR94 said. I was in the same situation as you with a similar budget and went with Koni/GC with extended tophats all around and really like the ride. It's my first suspension set-up so I can't compare with the others but I don't have any regrets.

P definitely knows his stuff and I'm not sure you'll run into any H-T member who has anything bad to say about the Koni/GC setup. However...whatever you do please take the Tein Basic's off of your list of choices. The only Tein's I would sport are the SS and Flex. I've owned the SS and it was truly horrible for a DD in my honest opinion. From what I've read you'll completely regret that decision. Do your best as to sticking with a "proven" well known product from reliable sources.

and GL

Then yes, Koni Sports (Yellows) and GC sleeves, with as stiff of spring rates as you can handle. Stiff allows lower ride height with less risk of bottoming out, and is better for auto-x use.

Mine is a daily driver / ST class auto-x / HPDE 2000 Integra GSR, Koni w/ GC 400/400 lbs/in rates. Acceptable for auto-x, but not quite stiff enough. 600/550 rates sitting on a shelf waiting for install, but that will be very stiff for daily use.

after doing hours and hours of research im still debating what to get! lol i narrowed down my top 2 choices to the buddy clubs or PIC...from the looks of it i want to go with PIC
but what everyone else here said is true, what are you looking to do...autox/drag/dd/street. im looking for the best combo for my suspension set up. (i wanna have poly bushings so i dont want suspension thats gonna make it too stiff)

You sure about that?

Do a bit of searching and see what many people have experienced as far as those go before you decide to spend the money.

And poly vs. rubber really only changes the high frequency NVH. The stiffness of the suspension won't change with either material, assuming both are in good condition.

Does 800 dollars include the extended top hats, or are those extra?

800 for shocks/coilovers only using stock top hats. I wasn't super slammed and had no need for them, though.

Where have you been reading? You're going to take that over the tried and true track proven setup of thousands of autocross and road racers?

Also not sure where you're finding the $740 price. Everything I see on the web has them around $1500.

Koni Sport shocks are infinitely rebound adjustable. GC's allow adjustable ride height. So yes.
