i just bought a 91 accord with 180,xxx car ran fine and after about a day or so it started dieing for a few sec. the starts back up on this own speedo neddles dont drop no check eng. light and only happens once warmed up..

any input would help.. thanks

 

Sounds like an electrical problem. Could be the ignition switch, could be a connection in the fuse box. Who knows?

 

Wow, where to start, don't take that the wrong way just not much to go on and a ton of possible answers. You just got the car so you have no history of what has been done-reg maint items-cap, rotor, plugs, filters, ect......

I'd start there, if the issue continues then get into the other potential issues- ing switch, ICM, egr ports.
