Default lock up

have 92 accord automatic, trans mission dont seem to go to lock up anymore, can any body tell me what rpm should be at 60 mph?? how can i check this out, trans mission is clean no metal particles has been maintained. any info appreciated

A quick test: just accelerate and note the rpm when you reach 60mph. Then adjust throttle pedal slightly to keep the speed at 60mph: after a couple of seconds you should see a sudden drop in rpm (about 200rpm I think).
The lockup will only work when the engine is at operating temperature.
