how to re-chip JDM B16A EG6 ECU (OBD1 P30)

and one more thing if my EG6 is orig JDM can I use USDM ECU p30, I have spare for both JDM and USDM which one should I use?

The small case JDM ECUs use surface mount components are a bit harder to solder on, the long case are just as easy/hard as a USDM ECU. If you have a legit USDM OBD1 P30 i'd sell it someone in California as they need a matching USDM ECU for smog over there.
