93 civic hatch with d15b swap in it. p08 ecu form hmotors online... brand new fuel pump brand new dizzy with coil cap rotor.. car ran for a lil bit drove it around everything. then parked it next day tryed to start.. the main relay EFI i think was musted up cause sometimes the pump would turn on and off. and when u turn to third key spot then main relay sounded like it was frying it self got a new one from advance auto parts didnt work wouldnt even turn pump on..so took one out my other civic.. pump turns on but now no spark. could a brand new dizzy. or coil just burn out like out like that... im thinking it has a wiring issue... but i dont know whatto check on dizzy for power n stuff like that... also check this out i put my extra p28 in it just to see if it was a ecu issue and then u turn the key to position 1 all sudden the something in the steering colum start making a really fast clicking noise.. and then u go to the on position with key the dash lights and check engine light is flashing extremely fast and the still clicking sounds maybe from another relay i dunno very strange... so just put the p08 back in it. anyhelp would be great cause im so frausted with this car already..

 

also only codes it has is 14 IACV

 

problem saved forgot to put ground wire back on thermosatat lol.. took off when i was wring up vtec
