Default Spot Air Brush Painting: How Do You Find These People?

My 97 GSR has a small rust spot (1/4"x1/4") starting in the rear wheel well. Body shops are going to tell me that it has to be sanded, painted, blended, etc. ... pay us $1k. I know that dealers have people that spot paint cars all of the time for cheap, but they are typically not forthcoming with the information.

Does anyone have advice on how to locate these people? I'd like to address this when the weather warms.

Wander over to the bad side of town and ask around those body shops.

He doesn't have to go to a bad side of town, cause not all small body shops are in a bad side of town.

OP>>>Just ask around with friends, cause you've gotta at least know 1 person who would know someone or even go to a Auto paint shop and they can probably refer you to someone or maybe even someone at an auto parts store
