I have a 98 prelude with a h22a and I was wondering if a h2b header would fit on it or not?

 

it will but the exit will angle a bit

 

so ill probably have to mod my exhaust then since the h2b hugs the oil pan

 

that and if you are wanting too run some of the better custom
style h2b headers like the rmf 4-1 type the front crossmember
will nee modified or replaced w a esp style traction bar

 

My buddy is wantig to trade me a kidd racing h2b 4-1 header for a set of wheels but the header is on a h22 eg hatch and I am afraid that it wont fit. Im also afraid that it will hit the rad. I hope someone can help me out

 

The angle would be too extreme. Pending how low your car is, it could potentially be on or close to the ground. YOu'll need to modify it.

 

no the kid racing 4-1 rmf replica will hug the pan great...it was asome ground clearence...

nut on a lude it wont clear the fractory front frame....it wont clear the fans either...
you need slim fans and a esp front bar too run the 4-1h2b on a prelude...i have pics of it installed on my 4th gn...and theres a write up on ************ too
