Default k20 vs k24???

help me out guys whats the better swap into a integra k20 or k24???

is there any height difference?

the flow of the motor? just need some basics, that anybody has picked up on like tips or lil secrets thanks

K24 = better for boost because more displacement
K20 = better for N/A because higher revving

(stock internals)
