suspension swap

I'm driving an 89 crx HF with some bad struts and or/springs. I have a full set of struts and springs from a 1995 civic ex. My question to the forum is if I can swap out the crx suspension for the civic ex set?

Yes. The rears are a straight bolt on affair. As for the fronts, you need the bottom forks from the eg.

bottom forks? i what do those look like again? i think i know what you're talking abuot but can you link me or send me a pic? i'll probably have to get one from a junk yard. thanks for the info.

The reason for using eg forks is because your new donor front struts are a little too big for your old forks. The EG forks are bigger and therefore, fit the new donor struts.
