okay so im putting in an LS swap into my friends da.
i pretty much got it all in and ready to go but i see
a plug or two just chillin. One of them is in the back of the
block dont know exact names. i know one of them is
the OIL Temp Sensor. which i dont have any wires running to the
back of the block for. Also need to figure out how the
Intake manifold vacuum hoses all go.

So which is which? Please help.

 

knock sensor, which a DA doesnt have,i take it you got the engine out of a OBD2 car?

 

im guessing it is bro. my buddy picked it up i didnt.
just doing the job for em. so what exactly is needed to be plugged up.
just the green switch??

 

what about that single prong sensor.
whats that? the motor that im working on has it broken.
so imma need to replace it for em.

 

single prong sensor is the oil pressure sender, the green one is the knock sensor as far as i know

 

There is a diagram on the hood for all the vacume hoses.
