2010 Honda Odyssey 4wd conversion
Just wondering...and yes i have read other posts...if i can find a donor ridgeline or pilot and can use parts from that to bolt on/weld on parts to make the fwd 2010 odyssey become 4wd. We have had traction issues and 4wd would be a great help. I will prob need a tranny, deff need a drive shaft, and a new rear axle setup. anything i am missing?
Well, Look under the van, There is no room for a shaft to go all the way back. Sooo If you have the money ANYTHING is possible, But is it worth it?
OP, your van is less than two years old. Any such conversion attempt will void the warranty. Realistically if you need a 4WD minivan, the Sienna is the easiest solution.

2. If you want 4-wheel drive, buy a CR-V, Pilot, Ridgeline, MDX, or any of the multitude of other 4WD vehicles available on the market. Modfying an RL3 chassis to accept a 4WD system is foolish; judging by your post here, you have no idea how much custom fabrication is involved in a project like this. You're going to spend a lot more time and money than you ever thought possible, and you'll be hacking up and severely devaluing the vehicle to do it.
