Replaced right and left brake pads and only had time to replace the left upper control arm. Plan to replace the right control arm this weekend. The car now pulls to the left, can a bad control arm affect alignement? Checked the pads, they don't seem to dragging.

 

You'll need to get it aligned. And yes it the Upper Control Arm can affect alignment by camber settings.
