ICM Replacement 95 GSR
Greetings:
I am trying to replace the ICM on my car and it appears as though it is being held in by a screw inside the housing? I'm not totally sure what its called. I do know that the ICM won't budge and I'm positive it is because of that screw. Any tips on getting that screw out? I have pics or can take more if needed please let me know. I need to have this thing fixed by Monday morning.
Thanks

i'm having the same problem, did you solve this? some ICM's are held in by 2 screws at the top and come out easy, but others only have one at the top, so there must be one inside that we can't get to.
Once screw(s) are removed and leads are unplugged it should jut pull straight out, this may help... http://www.angelfire.com/ca/DrOhm/di...torRepair.html 94
I found it, there are 3 screws on this design, or should i say 1 screw and two bolts. There are actually two on the outside of the distributor housing, which i found when i pulled the distrib off. This design has only the one screw inside, where everyone says there are two screws..
