i already tried puttin it in first then reverse but nothing.. i also changed the shift linkage



tried jammin it but nothin please heldp b4 i set this bitch on fire

 

reverse is a straight cut gear i dont believe tat there is going to be any "trick" to get it to go in i would just get a used trans and put that in

 

what kind of transmission is it for b series d series h series k seires .. u can buy a new reverse gear and instal it is pretty easy if all ur other gears are working , also u can look to see what wear and tear is on the trans
