My R finally started to give me problems last week...
I was driving it down the local roadway and it decided to turn off on me (weird). I started it, and it fired up just fine and kept going never an issue that day. The next day it shut off on me again; again it turned right on and not an issue for many miles. Later it turned off on me again while driving (u could feel the chasis studder when it lost power) but b/c it was engaged in gear it turned back on again. I changed the cap, rotor, fuel filter, spark plug wires, spark plugs and drove it to the gas station for a fresh refill. The car started fine, ran for a few miles then started to turn off on me again (while driving). I pulled to the side of the road (cranked it, cranked it, and etc) finally it started up and I drove it home (obviously I don't need to be driving it). The car is being "tempermental" only starting when it feels like and shutting off when it feels the need to. I went ahead and changed the Map sensor and TPS just to see if those were possibly bugging (no luck). The fuel pump primes everytime no problem, no loss of fuel, could this be a bad fuel injector? Anyone have a problem like this before?

Check the alternator? My car died on me while driving this week (on the freeway...) and it turned out to be the alternator crapping out on me and my battery just gave out.

Definately not the alternator b/c it starts right up just fine (or at least the engine/starter rotate fine).
I think I have a spare dizzy I can test with, I did notice low end power start to take a dump which is indicative of a bad coil (so I've read). Probably that, I'll be back if my spare Izzy doesn't fix the problem. Thanks.
