Default Timing belt change...what else?

I'm gonna be changing the timing belt on my 99 Honda Accord. I know it's a good idea to also change the water pump. Can someone please tell me what else I should change?

Its usually convenient to change all belts at once so if your S-belt is bad, change that..

Also, as you have the timing cover off, if you have a leaking cam seal get that for sure..

Finally, what brand you buying and for how much? www.rockauto.com may be a cheap option for you.. or an advance auto online coupon (up to 40% off - pick up in store)

Thanks man. Is there a crank seal also? I recently changed the alt belt and power steering belt so those are good. I usually buy all my parts from NAPA. I think the quality is better than Autozone and such.

you mean the oil pump outlet o-ring (between the back of the pump and the block) or the rear balance shaft o-ring (between the rear balance shaft housing and front of the oil pump; more common to be replaced)

Thanks for the tips guys. My car has 160,000 so I figured I've pushed my luck far enough with the original timing belt!

Wow... Very very brave..
After the tensioner failed and the belt broke on my dads Mitsubishi Pajero (foreign Montero) and bent some of the tapets, we decided to check on the accord belt..

At about 145,000 miles my belt looked like it was ready to burst! Changed it and the tensioner, i think we went with Gates

You can do what most had mentioned; don't forget to make sure that you have the front balancer shaft oil seal retainer because this was one of the recall Honda had since the seal would push fall out and cause oil leaking everywhere.
