I am having an issue when i make a sharp left turn, my 1st gear will pop out. It makes a loud clunk! then pops right out. Usually pops out at around 35k and up, so i try and shift as quickly into second as i can when I'm poppin a bitch.

...it started happening after i replaced my rack/pinion outer rods. I thought it was becuase my toe was off, driver-side UCA was bad, radius rod bushings was DEAD and my axle was bad, so i replaced all that, now it did it again I still have to replace my passenger side radius rod bushing and passenger side sway bar bushing, and front motor mount. But...i don't get why its popping out .
( my mount will be hear next week)

 

Motor mount would be my guess.
good time to pull all the mounts and do the window weld trick.

 

Check your transmission fluid, When its low it pops the gears out of place..
