That would be the correct fitment. My 16's are a +35 and rub using a 205/45 on my 99' hatchback. Alignment angles can also work for, or even against you. Are you low enough to be tucking any tire?

16x7 +40 will sit right and you wont have to roll your fenders,

15's are the perfect size (in my opinion) for hatches, ek and eg. 17's will look too big, and you will need smaller tires, and itll look funny. so if your set on the dr21's id say go with the 15's, and if your set on the dr20's..wel 16's will look fine too. nice lip by the way and that purple looks nice too, hardly ever see Ek's in that color, =}

it depends on how low you go...at that height you're fine..and NO you wont be FLUSH

i have the same setup...16x7 +40...i have tires tucking about 1/2 way...it'll only rub during a sharp turn with a dip...other than that its fine...although it would help getting the fenders rolled...(the front that is) the rears can tuck almost all the way down to the lip of the rim...the 40 offset along with camber is fine in the rear....

oh, and anything less than 16s for an EK/EM1/EJ is wayyyy too small IMO....i couldnt ever go from running 16s to 15s unless it was for GSR blades or another OEM wheel

heres a pics if it helps...
