I've noticed some carbon deposits in the mid section of my header and was wondering what I can do to seal the mid section, so I can prevent any leaks. Man I wish they just welded the mid.

I would just have someone weld it all together and make it 1 peice

 

switch to the teiwaga version... 1 piece stainless from the get-go.

 

I got my Roda replica from spoolinperformance and it came as a one piece and ceramic coated. He used to make them as a 2 piece design but now changed it to a one piece design

 

why seal it. just leave it its only a replica

use j/b weld or magic putty

 

Would they stand against the heat?

 

It's a replica--what were you expecting? I love that they went as far as even putting the springs on it.

But yeah, just have it welded. Won't look all that great probably, but it'll work.
