Default What is this ripping/tearing sound?

Hey guys,

'99 EX auto

Recently stolen, thieves took wheels, left car on its belly. Ever since I got it back when I turn allllll the way, there is a ripping/tearing sound coming from the opposite wheel area. Like if I turn all the way left it comes from the pass. wheel area and all the way right it comes from driver side wheel area.

I was thinking maybe something to do with the axle or boots? I checked the boots though, there's no grease or rips. There's no clicking or anything when I turn, just what I described above. What should I check next. Any ideas? Thanks!
