Icon6 b16 swap-clutch very hard

i have a b16 swap in my ef. it runs great but the clutch pedal is hard to press.the tranny is a hydro but have the hasport hydro to cable convestion kit. ive already snapped two wires. ive adjusted the slacker nut on the cable and the pedal nut,but cant make it soft.i have a wire from a 94 acura in there now.
need help figuring how to make this a lil bit easier on the leg.
any help would be great.

p.s. bracket is on the right way.
cable is over the motor so there is no sharp bends

first what type of clutch and pressure plate do u have.. second make sure u adjust the cable not too tight leave it bit loose, sum people like the sensitive clutch feel, and adjust the cable too tight.
