Whats up guys, I currently have a SSR rear tow hook on my EP3:



I would like to purchase a front one...now I know what kind of brands ie. Benen/BlackMarket/Circuit Hero/PCI/etc. are out there but my question is what kind will mount securely and properly? If im not mistaken they have to bolt onto the rebar and a hole will have to be cut into the bumper. Is that the proper place to mount it and will it weaken the rebar? My car is lowered and has a front CF lip...if I ever need to be towed onto a flat bed I know my bumper/lip will be trashed since our OEM tow hook location is pretty far underneath the bumper. Input is appreciated.

 

If your not using your car for the track then these are completely pointless. And if you are using these for the track then you will need to put both of them a lot higher. The front will be by the hood and the rear by the hatch.
