aite guys this is wats up ima try to barb my car and ive been doing research about my swap and im running the b18b with an obd0 ecu and injectors everything else is stock. stock aire box everything stock and i heard i cant pass if its not obd1 is this true or can i still pass with my set up

You must run the ECU/OBD version the engine was designed with, or you will not pass.
I have a BAR'd 91 with a 94 B18B/ECU/OBD1 conversion.
They even "let me slide" on the JDM YS1 trans...
Technically, you're even supposed to have the same transmission(read: gearing)
