first of all, don't move this to GDD-you lot know damn well the only thing that comes from GDD is bellyaching and trolling and farts and CRX
cruising around aimlessly last night and got pulled for hard-to-read license plate, end up with this
i have mine and the one that says "police copy" on it
and the cop spelled it "windshield tent" hahahaa
my tint has been like that for 5 years, and always passed inspection at the honda dealership
its only a little below the line
anyways, what do you do with those kinds of tickets??
i'll be mad as hell if i gotta pay a fine, i can probably get it fixed free anyways since its got a funny shadow of my old team sticker burned on it
holy crap look at that ghetto *** building must turn around and take pics with phone -photoshoot and car dirty as hell

I had one of those must comply notices for window tent before. It sucked a$$ becuase I bought the car with the tent the way it was. So I took it back to the car dealership and had them replace it. then I showed up at the cop shop with the new tent and the cop tore up the compliance notice.
If you don't want to pay a fine, remove it and replace it with state legal tent. Unless you want to fight it. However, if they used a light measuring tool to measure your tent. It's hard to fight that in court. Another option would be to pay the fine and keep your tent, just be ready to keep getting pulled over and ticketed.

Well if he wrote "tent" instead of tint, just take it to court and ask the judge if he sees a "tent" anywhere on your windshield and then say that it would be pretty hard to drive if i had a "tent" strapped to your windshield. but then again i just like to be a smartass.

If they checked you with a meter then you are kind of screwed but then again (Applies in FL I'm not sure about other states) you can go to an eye doctor and say you get migranes in the sun while driving and you are photo sensitive or something along the lines of that.
They write you up a prescription and there you go. You are allowed limo tint. When a cop pulls you over you can just show him that paper and you're off the hook.
i have heard a lot of stories about cops having to be very specific with tickets and things. you might actually be able to get out of it if you take it to court and show you you do not have a tent on your windshield. if worse comes to worse, just pay it. it cant be very much.
ps sir, your car is not very dirty at all.

Haha I like this but speaking of "tent" You see these white trash fools with garbage bags over their windows sometimes when their window isn't working or something, although that's besides the point.
