NVM, called a cresent turbine clamp.

 

ATPturbo.com sells the hardware separately, but they are all for Garrett housings though. You just need to double check if your Turbonetic housing has the same style pattern (which should be the same as an Garrett T3 turbine hsg AFAIK).
