2000 Accord LX noise from front brakes
Hi guys and gals, my car got a new driver side front wheel bearing and the braking system was flushed at the same time. Soon after that service the front passenger side brake became very noisy, screeching metal to metal type, I could imagine sheet metal contacting brake disk would do something similar. Intensity and nature of the noise seems to change with outside temp and even disappear occasionally. It is really bad now, it was quieter first. It happens when the car is in motion, with and without pressing the brake pedal.
What might cause that? The pads were replaced a year earlier. Could they be worn that quickly? A buddy told some cars have indicators that emit noise for worn brake pads. Does Honda have those?
Thanks for the advice, in advance!

just took a photo, does it indicate the inner brake pad is worn out?
