#72235-SH2-A22 Channel, R Door Run
#72235-SH2-A21 Sub-Seal R. Fr Door
#72365-SH2-A21 Sub-Seal L. Fr Door

I know the parts are discontinued. I am just looking for used parts in good condition. I've been to almost every junk yard in my area over the last two years and every part I've found is thrashed. If anybody has these parts for sale please send me a reply. Thank you

i may have these on a rust free parts car...what is the 'sub-seal' and do you have pics?

 

I can't post pictures on here so I'll try to explain it. If you open one of the doors, the subseal rides along the top side of the door channel. It is the piece that is above the weatherstrip that goes all the way around the door. I think it has one or two plastic tabs that fasten it to the top of the door. Hope that helps.

Look what arrived today - I was lucky to find the passenger side weatherstrip in Germany.
No longer available in Canada or USA.

I need the driver side for my 90' CRX. Both of them. Small one and large one.

I found a dealership last night that is in Georga (USA) that has tons of hard to find (Discontinued) part. They even have all the seals, and even the security box complete. Well, at least it looks like they do. I placed and order for the driver seal and then I got an e-mail today saying these part are discontinued. "Sons Honda" is the name of the dealership. (Sticking with Majestic Honda for now)

The large drivers and passengers side are discontinued as well in Canada.
I got one of the last drivers side last year in Canada.
Try Germany or France Honda for weatherstrip.

Yes.. I've checked with my sources in U.S. and Canada and the part #'s show up as discontinued in U.S. and Canada. Is that not enough to go on ?
This was a while ago though...unless some dealers have re-listed their old stock recently in Honda's parts database......

One problem, this has the same deal that the George dealer site had. It shows the part and price on items, you said are not available. The Driver large door seal shows on there with a price $66.70, so..... how do you know if it is available or not. Short of doing what I did and place the order to find out "Discontinued". When I asked the George dealer the same question, they said "it's just a catalog".

I had no luck navigating the German site. Guess I need to brush up on my German.

 

The US door-mounted belt doors have a different seal than canada and the rest of the world, right? So finding seals for a 90-91 here is futile...

 

Anyone please advise on the fitment of the US verses Oconus door/seal.

 

Canada and US same part # 72365-SH2-013, so I don't know why there would be any differance. There all built in Japan.
