what flex pipe design should I use?

what flex pipe design should I use?

there are 2 different designs inside of the flex pipe i believe, a innerlock and a regular braided, which one should i use for my daily driver? or which one of these two have u guys been using without a problem?

anyone? im about to order one from mandrel-bends.com and wonder if anyone here uses them? any problems?
