was hoping to be driving the car today, but i cannot for the life of me get my clutch bled out! anyone else had this problem? anyways i cut and welded the exhaust today..sounds MUCH better than the open header start i had yesterday. all together swap went well, she started right up after i got the dizzy wiring figured out. i will have to take the timing cover off tomorrow and find out what is making this horrible squealing, i have a feeling it is the new tensioner not turning and the tensioner belt is just rolling over it. I will definately be posting a new "how to" with pics because all the posts i read in the months leading up to the swap now seem very incomplete with some of the issues i had. another issue i have is what air filter to use...i cannot use my old intake because with the skunk2 manifold and 70mm throttle body there is absolutely no room for anything back there.

 

Try adjusting it.
