Went to start the 89 HF ,will still turnover but the normal warning lights dont come on and computer doesnt seem to have powe. I didnt hear the fuel pump prime fuses all good. then randomly everything will start to work randomly been going on for a while any ideas

you would still get power to the ECU though wouldnt you. Where are the grounds at for engine harness?
