Default Suggestion on how i can fix this? 97 civic coupe

I have a 97 civic coupe w/ a domani front end conversion, a few months ago i was driving and a rock smashed my rear quarter panel. Then last night this old lady hit my front bumper and left a nice crack/ hole in it. So ive decided my car needs to have the body fixed.

The bumper, what would be the best way to fix it? or should i try to find another one?

Do i have to cut it and weld a new one? and can i use some filler it out?

Thanks

P.s.- im not an expert but i do know my way around hondas, just not huge on body work

the bumper can be an easy fix if you want to fix it... use a heat gun to work the plastic around, and push it down... then feather edge it with an angle grinder or DA, and fill it with a plastic bumper repair material... same process as bondo except its done on plastic. but at the same time, you could probably find a silver bumper for dirt cheap.

as for the quarter panel, it looks like it would be kind of simple to knock out but i think in actuality its pretty complicated. because the body line around the wheel well is so subtle that getting that back might be a challenge. not to mention its creased in some areas which can make working the dents a whole lot harder since there isnt complete access from the back side. get a quote and ask the shop wat methods they will use to fix it.
