Someone who truly has no idea what they are talking about.
I purchased a Rage header a few years ago but didn't run it because it was so low. I ended up running a a few different headers that fit pretty well. Most of them are very pricey and rare but just for reference.
Mugen B16A header 4-2-1 fit fine on my B18C and B20
Jasma FGK B16A header fit fine aswell but not as much clearance as the Mugen
Mugen 4-2-1 B18C header fit nice, not as much clearance but loads more power.
Pretty much anything that is 4-2-1 will be better. 4-1's suck for clearance

what if you raise your car a little and throw some side skirts and a lip to give the illusion that your car is lowered? slap me if that was stupid.
looks like even a tucked header is only going to buy you 1". your oil pan looks 2" off the ground. your pic of the smsp header looks like the best bet. i'm running a greddy header on my b16, but i'm not crazy low either
Spoolin Performance SPfab T*DA B-series Header will work also.

I had a DC 4-2-1 header on my car for 2 years when i was lowered. only one scrape on my header the entire time. sure it's the worse header you can get as far as power goes, but you have to make choices...spend $500 on a header and still scrape and dent it, raise your car back up, or get something like a DC 4-2-1 style header
